Our
Penthouse
Your accommodation is in the heart of Panama City in
the "El Cangrejo" district, measures 320 square meters and has
a fully equipped kitchen. The huge terrace on the ninth floor offers an
amazing view of the Panama Canal and is the perfect place for a meal and
for a convivial gathering with your fellow residents. The apartment is
cleaned daily and you can use the washing machine according to your laundry
day.
The
Rooms
All seven
rooms are completely furnished and each one has its own charm. Our three
couples' rooms (no. 1, 3 and 6) have queen-sized beds, the others are
for single occupancy only. All rooms are equipped with a: bed with its
sheets, closet, ventilator and cable TV.
Prices/Conditions
The prices range from US$ 135 to US$ 335 per month all inclusive, and
rentals are by the month and minimum one month. Please see Available Rooms
or Photos for details. For tranquillity and security, we must prohibit
guests.
Deposit
There is a deposit of US$ 50.00, which will be returned to you after our
inspection of your room and after you returned your keys to us.
Telephone/Internet/Cable
TV & Co.
A telephone is available, calls inside Panama City are free and all calls
can be received. You'll have a wireless internet connection of 2 MBit/s
for your own laptop or you can use our computer. All rooms have a TV with
cable connection.
