Our
Penthouse
Your accommodation is in the heart of Panama City in
the "El Cangrejo" district at Via Veneto just at the corner
to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, clothing shops etc. We have
a fully equipped kitchen you can use. The terrace is the perfect place
for a meal and for a convivial gathering with your fellow residents. The
apartment is cleaned daily and you can use the washing machine and the
dryer according to your needs.
The
Rooms
All four
rooms are completely furnished and each one has its own charm. All rooms
are equipped with a: bed and its sheets, closet, fan, cable TV and furniture.
Rooms rent by couples pay a $ 30.00/month extra.
Prices/Conditions
The prices range from US$ 330 to US$ 520 per month all inclusive, and
rentals are by the month and minimum one month. Please see Available Rooms
or Photos for details. For tranquillity and security, we must prohibit
guests. If we have spare rooms they can be rented by the night at US$
35 but long-term inhabitants have preference.
Deposit
There is a deposit of half a month's rent which will be returned to you
after our inspection of your room and after you returned your keys to
us.
Telephone/Internet/Cable
TV & Co.
A telephone is available, calls inside Panama City are free and all calls
can be received. You'll have a wireless internet connection of 1,5MBit/s
for your own laptop in the whole apartment or you can use our computer.
All rooms have a TV with cable connection.
